Sukhsimranjit Singh, PhD. is JAMS Mediator and Arbitrator and a speaker, trainer and author in the field of dispute resolution. He practices and trains in dispute resolution, collaboration and community building. Recipient of the Peacemaker Award by Southern California Mediation Association, Medal of Honor by Brazil’s Judiciary and a GIAN scholar by Government of India, Dr. Singh is a two-time TEDx speaker. Formerly, he was the Judge Danny Weinstein Managing Director of the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution. Dr. Singh has mediated intercultural, employment, faith based, cross-border, education based and commercial cases in the United States, India, and Canada and has travelled to sixty five countries. An Honorary Fellow with the International Academy of Mediators, he serves on the board of Weinstein International Foundation. A storyteller, Dr. Singh has given keynote addresses throughout the United States and in India, Brazil, Dubai, Japan, Saudi Arabia, Peru, Columbia, France, and the United Kingdom.
